Rent can be paid using any of the following methods.
You can pay via our payment portal here (Link) or using online banking. Ensure your Rent Account Number (RT No.) is included on every transaction.
Get a Standing Order from via our office or download one here: Link. Bring it to your bank and ensure your Rent Account Number (RT No.) is included under ‘Payment Account Reference No. (Narrative)’. Request the bank to include this reference with every transaction. Advise us immediately if you wish to cancel or change this agreement.
The service is operated on behalf of the Minister for Social Protection by An Post and it allows tenants with certain Social Welfare Payments to pay regular amounts towards Fréamha Housing Association by direct deduction from their payments and is an easy payment option to manage bills.
